Elliot Jacoby rides Brown Sugar for 90.5

Elliot Jacoby rides Brown Sugar for 90.5

Pendleton, ORE.  - Night one of the Pendleton PBR Classic brought rank bulls as only 14 out of 40 of the world’s best bullrider’s were able to make the buzzer. In the end, it was Elliot Jacoby of Frederiscksburg, TX. who came away with a combined score on two of 177.5 pts. to take the go-round. In route to victory, Jacoby electrified the crowd, and scored an extra $1000 as he rode the Coca-Cola Bonus Bull, Brown Sugar, for the nights best ride of 90.5 pts. Chad Denton, Oroville, CA., was able to hang on to second place as he rode Blended Red for 86 pts. in the championship round.

The bulls proved why bull riding is considered the toughest sport on dirt, as Jacoby and Denton were the only two to make it to the buzzer in the championship round.
