Four rodeos. Three weeks. Over $1 million in prize money! The Big 4 Rodeos Association was established in 1948 and is one of the oldest such organizations. It is comprised of four rodeos (in order of occurrence),the Horse Heaven Round Up Rodeo, Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days, Lewiston Roundup, and the Pendleton Round-Up. While competing in the Big 4 Rodeos, contestants accumulate points, the contestant who accumulates the most points receives a cash prize and saddle from Stoney Saddlery on behalf of the Big 4 Rodeo Association.
The Big Four Rodeo Association is undoubtedly one of the oldest rodeo associations and, thanks to the continuous effort of the member committees it will continue to be one of the most prestigious associations in rodeo.
