Rent a room at the iconic Pendleton Round-Up!

We have a room for all your event needs:
Wedding, reception, holiday party, birthday party, graduation, meetings, corporate retreat, or retirement party.

Call for special options and conditions on renting the Arena and/or "1910 Room" space adjacent to the Arena, the perfect place for your VIP guests when using the arena (*note the arena is rented only certain times of the year and by prior authorization).

Arena rentals are based on Association's business and events.

Stall/Stable rentals for overnight use are available for $10 a night, per head.

There is a drop box to leave payment in. Gates are typically locked by approximately 10 p.m. and re-open at 5:30 a.m. daily. Times may change from day to day, and we appreciate you calling in advance and letting us know if you will use our boarding facilities to ensure the gates will be open.

For stall usage, use the following address 98 SW 18th Street, turn before "Fallen Field" to enter in the back of our grounds.

REQUIRED

All rentals require Liability Insurance:
For any use of the Round-Up Grounds facilities the user must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pendleton, Round-Up Association, Inc., its officers, employees, agents and members, from any claim or demand for personal injury, death, or property damage which occurs through the use of the facilities.
The renter will provide proof of liability insurance insuring against bodily injury and property damage with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The insurance will name Pendleton Round-Up Holdings LLC, Pendleton Round-Up Foundation & the Pendleton Round-Up Association as additional insured’s.
