Liability: For any use of the Round-Up Grounds facilities the user must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pendleton, Round-Up Association, Inc., its officers, employees,agents and members, from any claim or demand for personal injury, death, or property damage which occurs through the use of the facilities. The renter will provide proof of liability insurance insuring against bodily injury and property damage with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The insurance will name Pendleton Round-Up Holdings LLC, Pendleton Round-Up Foundation & the Pendleton Round-Up Association as additional insured’s.
