Pavillion

This is an ideal facility for equine and livestock events such as horse shows, roping, clinics, team penning and indoor rodeos.

The Pavilion is approximately 100 Ft. wide by 220 Ft. long.

Pavilion Rental Rates:

Individual:

$30 per hour per individual

$200 Damage Deposit (Refundable after inspection by Association)

Day Rental:

$400 per day
$400 Damage Deposit (Refundable after inspection by Association)

*Commercial or Corporate rates may apply

Failure to return the key may result in the denial of future use of facility and forfeit of deposit. There is a key drop located outside of the glass doors.

Liability: For any use of the Round-Up Grounds facilities the user must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pendleton, Round-Up Association, Inc., its officers, employees, agents and members, from any claim or demand for personal injury, death, or property damage which occurs through the use of the facilities.
The renter will provide proof of liability insurance insuring against bodily injury and property damage with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The insurance will name Pendleton Round-Up Holdings LLC, Pendleton Round-Up Foundation & the Pendleton Round-Up Association as additional insured’s.
