The Roy Raley Room is an excellent facility to host weddings and receptions, birthday parties, graduation parties and any event that needs a full service facility that will hold about 299 people. This room has a full kitchen and bar facilities to provide you with everything you need to host your event.
This room has multiple day rental options listed below.

This room has the following amenities:

Bar with 3 sinks *DOES NOT INCLUDE "TAP" equipment for Kegs. You must work with your distributor for this equipment.

Roy Raley Room Rental Rates:

One Day Rental:
$800 Room Rental Cost
$400 Damage Deposit (Refundable after inspection by Association)

Day and Half Rental $800 Room Rental First Day
$400 For Additional Half Day*
$400 Damage Deposit (Refundable after inspection by Association)

*Half days are ONLY available with a full day's rental
Multiple Day Rental:
$800 Room Rental First Day
$700 For Each Additional Day
$400 Damage Deposit (Refundable after inspection by Association)

*If clean-up is over and above normal use a portion of the damage deposit may be used for extra services.

Liability: For any use of the Round-Up Grounds facilities the user must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pendleton, Round-Up Association, Inc., its officers, employees, agents and members, from any claim or demand for personal injury, death, or property damage which occurs through the use of the facilities.
The renter will provide proof of liability insurance insuring against bodily injury and property damage with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The insurance will name Pendleton Round-Up Holdings LLC, Pendleton Round-Up Foundation & the Pendleton Round-Up Association as additional insured’s.
